By submitting your entry, you also consent to your details being shared with Portobello Pub Co for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms & Conditions as well as Hampton Court Palace Festival website’s Terms of Use – https://hamptoncourtpalacefestival.com/terms-of-use. This Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Promoter or any co-promoter, or any member of their group of companies, their immediate families, or anyone connected professionally to this Prize Draw.

Definitions

Co-Promoters means Portobello Pub Co and Portobello Brewery, who are supporting and promoting this Prize Draw.

Entrant means any individual who has entered the Prize Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Prize means either of the prizes described in paragraph 5.

Prize Draw means the Hampton Court Palace Festival x Portobello Pub Co & Portobello Brewery competition to win tickets to Hampton Court Palace Festival plus four pints of Portobello Pilsner at the festival bar, as further described herein.

Prize Winner means each of the two winners of the Prize as described in paragraph 4.

Promoter means P W R Events Limited (company number 03827071) with its registered office at Building 6 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5HR.

Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions herein.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Prize Draw will open at 12:00pm BST on Monday 11thMay and will close at 12:00am BST on Monday 25th Only entries submitted within this period will be considered valid and accepted.
  2. Entry into this Prize Draw is free of charge and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per Entrant will be accepted.
  3. To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must complete the entry form at https://hamptoncourtpalacefestival.com/win-a-night-at-hampton-court-palace-festival, providing their first name, last name and email address, and confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. All valid entries will be placed into a draw on Monday 25thMay at the Promoter’s offices in London, United Kingdom. Two winners will be chosen at random (the “Prize Winners“) using an independent and verifiable method. Each Prize Winner will be notified by email within 3 hours of the draw occurring.
  5. There are two prizes available, which consist of the following:
  6. Prize One: Two tickets to see The Stranglers at Hampton Court Palace Festival on Tuesday 16 June 2026, plus four pints of Portobello Pilsner at the Hampton Court Palace Festival Portobello Bar.
  7. Prize Two: Two tickets to see Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton at Hampton Court Palace Festival on Thursday 18 June 2026, plus four pints of Portobello Pilsner at the Hampton Court Palace Festival Portobello Bar.
  8. Where an Entrant indicates a preference for a specific night in connection with a Prize, the Promoter will endeavour to honour that preference, but cannot guarantee it. The Promoter reserves the right to allocate prizes at its sole discretion.
  9. Only entries submitted through the official entry form and conforming to these Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not properly received due to communications beyond the Promoter’s control, or for entries that are incorrectly submitted, lost, incomplete, or received after the closing date of the Prize Draw.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Prize Winner, including without limitation, requesting a Prize Winner to provide valid proof of age prior to receiving a Prize.
  11. In the event of the Prize Winner not being able to accept the Prize, no alternative or replacement Prize will be offered.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value to a Prize where it becomes necessary to do so, as decided by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
  13. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact a Prize Winner within ten (10) working days of the draw, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select a replacement Prize Winner from the remaining Entrants. The Prize will also be forfeited if, at any time, a Prize Winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Prize Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of any Entrant to take up the Prize.
  14. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  15. Participation constitutes an Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
  16. The Promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third-party websites or for any reproduction of information relating to this Prize Draw that misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with the Prize Draw.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant or entry and/or to withdraw, withhold or reclaim the awarding of any Prize where it reasonably believes there has been:
  • a breach of these Terms and Conditions by any Entrant; and
  • fraud or fraudulent misconduct by any Entrant.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
  2. Entries should not contain any obscene, blasphemous or defamatory matter.
  3. Save in respect of personal injury, death or fraud, the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever to any Entrant, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, in connection with their entry or any other aspect of this Prize Draw.
  4. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. These Terms and Conditions, and all aspects of the Prize Draw, shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
