The festival gardens open at 5.30pm for ticket holders
Base Court main stage opens at 6.30pm for ticket holders
The festival car park opens at 5pm and closes at 11pm
Performance timings
Base Court main stage performances start at 9pm, with concerts ending at approx. 10.30pm.
Garden Stage acts begin from 6.30pm and perform two 30-minute sets
Street food opening timings
Street food traders will be ready to feed you as soon as the gates open from 5.30pm
Last orders for food are between 8.30pm and 8.45pm
Please note, no food and / or drinks are permitted to be taken into the Palace.
Picnic cloakroom
For conservation purposes, no picnics, picnic belongings, food or drink can be taken into the Palace.
If you’d like to save some of your delicious Best of British picnic for another day, please drop your basket off at our complimentary festival Picnic Cloakroom ahead of the performance. We’ll keep your treats safe for you whilst you dance away in front of the Base Court stage, and have it ready for collection for you to take home at the end of the night.
The Picnic Cloakroom opens from 8.15pm, to avoid the queues we advise checking in your belongs as early as possible.
Garden Corkage Pass
Anyone wishing to bring champagne or wine into the East Front Gardens may do so, however they will need to purchase a Garden Corkage Pass. Guests are not permitted to bring beers, spirits, pre-mixed cocktails or other alcoholic drinks into the grounds.
Bars opening timings
Bars open for your arrival at 5.30pm
East Front Garden bars stop serving 30 minutes prior to the concert start time to allow you to make your way through the Palace to your seats.
Drinks for the performance can be purchased at the The Theatre Bar. The Theatre Bar and roaming sellers stop serving at 9pm, to guarantee you get your concert drink please allow plenty of time ahead of this for queuing as the bar is super popular.
Keep it green and leave no trace
As part of our sustainability pledge, we are no longer using harmful, single-use plastics and introducing reusable glassware. Please help us ‘keep it green’ and return your used glasses to the bars or place in the drop-off points provided. Protecting the beautiful surroundings and the wildlife inhabitants of Hampton Court is of the upmost importance, please take your litter with you or dispose of it in the bins provided – let’s leave no trace.
