Thanks to Viking, award-winning cruise line, you will be able to watch performances from new bands and singers in the Palace Gardens before the concert, bringing an exciting new addition to the festival!
Each day there'll be two performances from the new Viking Stage in the East Front Gardens. Emerging singer-songwriters and acoustic acts will perform a 40 minute set, providing a relaxing musical backdrop to your summer evening.
The Gates open at 5.30pm so festival-goers can relax in the beautiful Palace Gardens before the show. You won't be able to resist the summer feeling while sitting in the Gardens while sipping a glass of bubbly and listening to acoustic music.

Spring Park are a female duo who perform acoustic covers with a broad mixture of sounds. From soulful melodies, to folk inspired harmonies, country to pop, these girls bring a hearty range of music with a unique twist.

Crowned the Unsigned Music Awards 'Best Unsigned Female' just last year, nineteen-year-old singer-songwriter, Daisy Clark, is now ready to release her debut EP, Once Upon A Time. With her intricate song writing abilities, this latest release sees Daisy fulfilling all of the promise that has been heaped on her over the past few years. In 2016, Daisy posted a bedroom-recording of her covering Grease classic, Hopelessly Devoted to You, online and it has since garnered over thirteen million views. Daisy went on to release her first original track, 'Worlds Away' which received a glowing press reception and was playlisted by BBC Radio 2.
The Bench offers you a raw, ever-evolving sound of pop funk with ear snatching hooks and upbeat groove. Their essence is all about storytelling ability and dedication to the audience which robs your attention while watching them live. The emotion of the melodies on top of energetic, playful rhythm sections gives the spice to the sound which describes the Bench. At the moment the band is working on their EP which is planned to be released by the end of summer.
Harley is a London based singer-songwriter, recently playing more gigs and open mics. Influenced by Pop Rock and Drum and Bass, she brings an uplifting stripped back acoustic sound.
Roberto Cappellino's debut EP was released after years of honing his craft in bands around Watford’s thriving scene. Following a year which included performances at Soho’s Ronnie Scott’s and Jamie Oliver’s Big Feastival, Roberto spent most of 2017 writing and recording his debut album Ghost Town, released 11th May 2018. Recorded at home with an acoustic guitar and loop pedal, the first single “Love Is All I Want” premiered on BBC 6 Music, with host Edward Adoo describing it as “so infectious”.

Dreaming of a music career all his life, within just 6 weeks of his first open mic his incredible vocals and relatable songwriting was unmistakable. This earned caught the attention of BBC Introducing who have since premiered all 4 of his singles.

The Toronto-bred, UK-based artist’s latest album, “In the Light”, which reached #49 on the iTunes Canada Top 200 Pop chart, is a killer combination of infectious pop beats, powerful soul vocals and heartwarming ballads.

Her vocals in combination with her somewhat candid and seemingly simple lyrical print have truly given her a sound that is both timeless and completely her own.

She released her first EP ‘Make a Sound’ last year and is about to release a new single on the 25th April. She has already had 2 tracks chosen as BBC introducing’s ‘Track of the day’ and plays on XFM radio. She is currently touring as a 2 piece act with Max Rafferty (Kooks) accompanying her on Guitar.
Hugo Valentine is a singer-songwriter from London, UK. He has played the piano since the age of four and had a classical training during his early childhood. Having spent time working in many different areas of music, he began writing his current strain of piano pop around four years ago, bringing together a wide range of influences, from Elton John, Billy Joel, Bowie and Queen to Radiohead, Tom Odell, Mika, among many others. Following his Glastonbury debut last summer, as well as some touring of the UK, he sold out his own showcase at the Phoenix Artist Club in Soho, London and is embarking on a UK tour this summer
Esme is a singer-songwriter from London with a folk-pop sound. She released her first EP Find You There in 2017 and is currently working on a second one. Her songs are characterised by melodic hooks and reflective lyrics. In 2015, Esme attracted the attention of BBC Introducing, who have played multiple tracks of hers on the radio as well as having her perform at live events.
